Ok you mean home screen transitions?
Long press on an empty space on the homescreen > settings > transition effects

Or if you are referring to the superwallpaper
Settings > wallpaper & personalization > wallpaper > Super wallpapers
Choose your desired super wallpaper

Try to clear data and cache of gallery app. I am using titanium backup to do so

I tested that with other apps is working as expected. I'm not a Spotify user so no idea what this app is doing, maybe there is some settings to prevent that in Spotify itself ?

I tried to uninstall and reinstall it with no success, i still got this bug, and I don't have any type of this setting in Spotify so idk what is going on, most probably im the only one with this bug

Turn off "vibrate on tap" in settings > sound & vibration (or sound & touch)

currently on this rom. mi 10 ultra. does anyone have any issues with AOD not showing certain notification icons? don't seem to get stuff like facebook and what not. whatsapp and instagram work fine though.

I've seen this behaviour on both stock 12.0.8 and now 12.5.1. It happens sometimes after you have been in an app that default's to 60Hz like YouTube for example.

Things that you can look at are:
Tidying up your memory (widget icon with a brush);
Cleaner;
Clear Recents;
Clear caches;
Remove unnecesssary apps from Autostart;
Clear Dalvik & cache, and delete the /data/system/package_cache folder;
Look what apps might be running in the background;
Under Security, look at other utilities that you could use, eg. WhatsApp & Facebook cleaners, etc.
You could also have a look at Battery drain & lag after OS update from @MAMAC
I am sure that with a bit more searching, you could find more tips.
Generally keeping a tidy phone will help you run cleanly and smoothly.
