SMS dates are still in the wrong format.
Weather wallpaper is a single colour, but it is overcast at the moment. I shall therefore have to wait until a change of weather, or it gets dark, to make sure that it's working properly.

You need to allow it reasonable time to complete the update - can take quite a few minutes (10 minutes or more).

Mi 9 Pro 5G same problem here. After update and Reboot to system, Fastboot logo appeared, now phono is stuck on Mi logo. I will install previous version, hopefully it helps.
