I also have not the new media control on my mi9t . Do we have to activate them ?
No new feature for davinci, that's why I switched to the Stable version... :(

At least, the latest Stable version for davinci has a more recent Android security level (July 2021). ;)

with the latest Mi 10T Pro (apollo) Update from today/yesterday Camera is working again. Mine is showing the front camera as main camera. Back camera is not recognized correctly and using one of the minor quality side cameras.

Anyways, I feel like there is a way forward and the issue is getting attention.

Ok. I also see no changes of the other things in this update...

Brightness in my poco F2 Pro is low even when set to maximum and turned off auto brightness. How can I fix that? When I set brightness to minimum I can't see anything.

Battery performance is way worst on last 2 betas when compared to 21.8.18 on Mi 10 Ultra: system is using much more battery and kernel wakelock count is higher in the same conditions. Hope next builds will revert this negative trend
I have the same feeling as your situation, my phone is MI 9

Good day, I have a question, please help, I have weekly updates, what if I skip one or more updates, can I safely update to current version skipping couple of previous? Does the latest update include all the previous updates, will it be safe to do so? Thank you!

All default/local configs are stored in PowerKeeper.apk/assets:
Lol, xiaomi is really nosense about this one. Do they really think they can manually mantain a list of how many fps an app should have?
The result is that the only packages that actually need 144 fps (i have a mi 10t pro) (like brawl stars) go at 60fps.
Luckily someone has made an lsposed module to force 144 fps.

Why is there an AI model in that apk anyway lol

The cleaner is the only module in the security app that doesn't work. And why should I do a factory reset?
For the test, I just deleted all app data from the security app, but the problem still persists.

Mi 11
What are you talking about? Cleaner is an entirely separate app, package name com.miui.cleanmaster.
What you see in Security app related to it is just redirecting to the Cleaner app.

Lol, it's kinda funny how we have clean master (probably either because it's based on china rom or because xiaomi is chinese), while it ~is gone from google play :emoji_sweat_smile:. (I mean, I could just download the apk in the past, but still.)

That's the camera behavior for Mi 10T Pro when this device's camera modules are not added (aka stock behavior as on China ROM).
There are no compatible modules for recent Weekly ROMs right now, we'll have to wait for a newer Global Stable with up-to-date modules.

There are many bugs for MI 9 in the update, the Messages application is constantly crashing.

It's not a bug. The error clearly says that you've downgraded the Messaging app somehow, which isn't supported. Clear app data.

I'm running a MI 9Lite with the 21-08-18 version. My GoPro uses a HEVC codec (x265) for the 4K videos which I'm unable to play, as the codec "OMX.qcom.video.decoder.hevc" is not available. That's pretty surprising, as the MI 9 Lite normally supports the HEVC codec. Is the current version supporting this?

I know that the cleaner is a separate app.
It's just strange that I can't find this app in the installed apps
And yes, of course I have shown the system apps.

I can also create the link from the security app for the home screen. When I start the cleaner, it starts scanning, but then it crashes.
As I said, I can't find it in the settings and installed apps.
I downloaded two different packages from apkmirror. When I try to install it (with the Google Package Installer), I get the message whether I want to update the app, but then it aborts with an error message.

Cleaner app should no longer give you trouble in the next build, I've found the issue.

The same with my Mi11

For me it works perfectly nvm, happens to me too when using Tencent definitions

A question for those who have Mi 10T (not Pro) and the weekly xiaomi.eu 21.9.1 + system in RW (using the script from XDA),
does Camera application crash?

1. Installed the ROM 21.9.1, booted into the system. Camera OK.
2. Installed Magisk, booted into the system. Camera OK.
3. Executed in TWRP the script for make the system in RW (tried size=300 and size=500), booted into the system. The camera crashes.

Previous weekly ROMs did not have this problem.

@Igor Eisberg,
any ideas why this is happening?
It was not possible to get the log yet, the crash report window closes immediately.

On my MI 10 Ultra the version xiaomi.eu_multi_MI10Pro_21.9.1_v12-11 seems to be faulty related to the default mail program which I use since the beginning. It crashes each time just after the start. Not usable up to now. Are there similar issues so far reported from other users? I had no issues with the weekly before.

The Rom on Poco f2 pro / Redmi K30 pro works very smoothly. Maybe the battery lasts a little bit less, but I guess it will be fixed in the near future. Poco F2 pro also does not pass the SafetyNet Test, but there is no problem with payments.

Hello,

First of all, thanks to the developers for their continuous work and high reliability.

I've upgraded from 21.8.25 to this version on MI 9.
Fact is this version is encountering an inconvenient problem.
Dear contributors do not worry, I have one solution :D I will downgrade to 21.8.25 that what perfectly working with my phone and I'll wait for next week upgrade.
I'm just sharing what I've noticed so far, hoping it could help fix the problem for next week.

As it has already been reported the Messages application is constantly crashing.
=> Text messages are sent but the app crashes every time you send one ( see error report following ).
=> The phone doesn't even rings or vibrates when you receive a message.
=> Impossible to send MMS so far ( no error displayed, just impossible ).

Report error :
