Sorry but we only have XIAOMI phone here. We found this normal.....
Good for you. I rather enjoy more brands than sticking to one only. It can get boring. There's a world outside of Xiaomi too and you better believe it some things are done better than on Xiaomi. Ignorance is bliss.

Code:
  getprop gsm.sim.operator.numeric  22210

Here's the file.
Hmm yes...
Code:
    mConfigFromDefaultApp :
            ...
            carrier_fiveg_power_saving_available_bool = false
And here is the config for carrier MCC 222 / MNC 10 from CarrierConfig.apk:
Code:
    <carrier_config mcc="222" mnc="10">
        <boolean name="config_update_multiparty_state" value="false" />
        <boolean name="config_power_center_5g_save_mode" value="false" />
        <string-array name="read_only_apn_types_string_array" num="0" />
        <boolean name="voicemail_notification_persistent_bool" value="true" />
        <boolean name="carrier_5g_switch_available_bool" value="true" />
        <boolean name="hide_enhanced_4g_lte_bool" value="true" />
        <boolean name="editable_enhanced_4g_lte_bool" value="false" />
        <boolean name="enhanced_4g_lte_on_by_default_bool" value="true" />
        <string name="default_vm_number_string">42020</string>
        <boolean name="config_support_callbarring_over_ims" value="false" />
        <int name="smsToMmsTextThreshold" value="10" />
        <boolean name="carrier_supports_ss_over_ut_bool" value="false" />
        <boolean name="display_hd_audio_property_bool" value="false" />
        <int name="config_nr_display_rule" value="0" />
        <boolean name="config_cota_carrier_customize_for_call_feature" value="true" />
        <boolean name="config_cota_carrier_customize_for_ussd_mode_feature" value="true" />
        <boolean name="config_support_call_forward_time_dialog" value="true" />
        <boolean name="config_cota_carrier_customize_for_mute_ringer_feature" value="true" />
        <boolean name="carrier_fiveg_power_saving_available_bool" value="false" />
    </carrier_config>
Notice the value for the last boolean.
Looks intentional. Xiaomi's handiwork.

Hi, ingbrzy. Adb sideload failed .... File bat Mi 10T _22.1.6_v13-12-fastboot .... But install any zip rom ... ???

Hello,
I've got MI 11 PRO with CHINA Firmware.
There is my next xiaomi (after xiaomi pro, then Mi 9).

I want to install xiaomi.eu dev rom.
I read there is problem with TWRP on A12.

The question is - can I instal xiaomi.eu (dev) without TWRP?

Like this, after unloking bootloader (i'm waiting):
- Download our ROM zip file
- Unpack downloaded zip file in the PC
- Reboot your device to fastboot mode (press volume down + power)
- Connect to PC via USB cable
- Run fastboot format userdata
- Run fastboot installation script from unpacked zip according your PC operating system:
--- For Windows OS - windows_fastboot_update_rom.bat
--- For Linux - linux_fastboot_update_rom.sh
--- For MacOS - macos_fastboot_update_rom.sh

Then I'll migrate from Mi 9 ;-).

Yes, TWRP is not needed for fastboot ROMs.
