Requirements:
  • Your device's bootloader must be unlocked.
Installing with Fastboot:
  • Download Xiaomi.eu ROM zip file
  • Extract the ROM zip to a new folder
  • Power off your device
  • Boot your device in Fastboot mode (Hold volume down + power buttons)
  • Connect to PC via USB cable
  • Run one of the installation scripts (according to your PC operating system):
    - first_install_with_data_format - with data wipe, if you're flashing Xiaomi.eu ROM for the first time or downgrading.
    - update_rom - without data wipe, if you're updating from an older Xiaomi.eu ROM.
  • Done!
Installing with TWRP:
(TWRP must be installed with Fastboot mode)
  • Download Xiaomi.eu ROM zip file
  • Reboot to TWRP
  • If installing for the first time or downgrading: Wipe -> Format Data
  • Copy the ROM zip file to the internal storage
  • Install -> Select the ROM zip file
  • Reboot to system
  • Done!
Updating via Updater app:
(A Xiaomi.eu ROM and TWRP must already be installed on your device)
  • Download Xiaomi.eu ROM zip file
  • Copy the ROM zip file to the internal storage
  • Updater -> Menu (...) -> Select update package
  • Select the ROM zip file
  • Confirm any dialogs
  • Done!

If some apps are crashing after update (it is a random issue, therefore OTA is not pushed):
Download "adb.zip" and extract it on your PC, then run "FixAppCrash.bat".

or run manually in cmd

thx. So frustrated.last week i update my 12pro to hyperos 12.4,the twrp went wrong,it couldn't visit interal card,so i haven't been able to flash any onther files ,including update this version.what should i do?
 
Hi I updated my 13 pro via twrp and everything was fine. Can I install the fix for gpay? Because with the update, I lost my Google play certification. Also I have again the problem of the weather in the lockscreen, the temperature always remains at 0 degrees despite the fact that in the weather everything is correct. I've already tried clearing the cache but it didn't work. Solutions? Have a nice day everyone

Update. Found another "problem" on Google play. Mi video player needs an update but fail to install. Update release 15 decemb. Anyone?

Is it normal for updates relating to system apps (gallery, browser, etc.) and also modified apps to appear in the play store? (Xiaomi 13)

because ofy my pc or usb cable ，i cant update through fastboot,however i'll try again.btw,if i do so,will my data all be lost? And do i need to reflash twrp?but i didn't find a a14 version for 12pro
 
When first install was with PC and Fastboot.

OTA update working without previously installed TWRP, or must update with fastboot too like first install?

Fastboot: did you try a usb-hub with usb 2 Ports? Did you try to use actual fastboot drivers (google mini-adb)?
Data: If you use the update.bat of xiaomi.eu package, you do not lost data.
Twrp: Yes, try to Install twrp 7.9_A13.zeus. For me it works to update, by disable the lockscreen in rom before. No, there is no A14 twrp.

It's not a problem with the ROM, it's a Google Play Store problem. It's been happening to a lot of users who have patched ReVanced apps on their phones. And yes, some system apps will appear on the "updates" list as well. If you're rooted, there are solutions like zygisk detach https://github.com/j-hc/zygisk-detach .

Manual update works with previously installed 7.9 twrp, when disable Lockscreen (Zeus, 12pro).
OTA remains to install the actual injekting.apk

Missing feature: force close app with long holding back button function is missing.
Gallery: last picture with cam made is in gallery force closing

ROM: WEEKLY 23.12.11
 
Installed on my 12T Pro, everything seems to be working fine atm, however I have a question - is there any chance of bringing back permanent Settings shortcut to the top right corner of Control Center? It's been there for past few years, in HyperOS it seems they've put it as one of shortcuts, along bluetooth, airplane mode etc, which is imo less convenient.
