Requirements:
  • Your device's bootloader must be unlocked.
Installing with Fastboot:
  • Download Xiaomi.eu ROM zip file
  • Extract the ROM zip to a new folder
  • Power off your device
  • Boot your device in Fastboot mode (Hold volume down + power buttons)
  • Connect to PC via USB cable
  • Run one of the installation scripts (according to your PC operating system):
    - first_install_with_data_format - with data wipe, if you're flashing Xiaomi.eu ROM for the first time or downgrading.
    - update_rom - without data wipe, if you're updating from an older Xiaomi.eu ROM.
  • Done!
Installing with TWRP:
(TWRP must be installed with Fastboot mode)
  • Download Xiaomi.eu ROM zip file
  • Reboot to TWRP
  • If installing for the first time or downgrading: Wipe -> Format Data
  • Copy the ROM zip file to the internal storage
  • Install -> Select the ROM zip file
  • Reboot to system
  • Done!
Updating via Updater app:
(A Xiaomi.eu ROM and TWRP must already be installed on your device)
  • Download Xiaomi.eu ROM zip file
  • Copy the ROM zip file to the internal storage
  • Updater -> Menu (...) -> Select update package
  • Select the ROM zip file
  • Confirm any dialogs
  • Done!

If some apps are crashing after update (it is a random issue, therefore OTA is not pushed):
Download "adb.zip" and extract it on your PC, then run "FixAppCrash.bat".

or run manually in cmd

Code: 
adb shell pm compile -a -f --full
adb shell reboot

If Gallery is crashing for you, run these adb commands

adb shell pm clear com.miui.mediaeditor
adb reboot

Hello and thank you, but on my mi12
The mobile network is buggy and keeps asking for the pin code over and over again.

I can't connect my watch either, it's the Xiaomi watch 2 pro.

After installing 23.12.13 on 14 Pro, the phone reboots in fastboot mode. Am I doing something wrong?
 
Did it a second time and it is the same.

Edit: Did it a third time with a different USB cable - same thing.

Since the first version of HyperOS and all subsequent ones, I keep having the Gallery application crashing.
It opens, but as soon as I browse or select photos, the app closes.
I tried using "adb.zip" but nothing changes and the problem is still present.
Anyone have the same problem?

You clearly didn't read any of the beta ROM threads. This problem was mentioned dozens of times.

I installed version 23.12.25 cupid via twrp, Updates and fastboot, but the system cannot start. It only displays the background image, without the possibility to enter the unlock pattern.
 
I can't tell exactly what's the issue with the gallery but tried yesterday a long time to fix it with different things and wipes. In any case I was able to choose 'wipe data and cache' which is normally not available. After that I got google drive as backup option and more two settings more. Maybe also as i still think its the galery editor it may help to deactivate and activate it again... And no. I tried so much that I can't find it anymore...

Update: after the system update. Again galery is crashing. Will check later if I can solve and document it again ;)

I found a way to apply the depth effect on the lock screen:
Go to this screen, click on wallpaper bottom right, apply a picture as lock screen, go back to the the lock screen customization on the left, let it load then you get it.

install properly on the k50 ultra via fastboot but the fix for the crush doesn't fix the crushing
