Requirements:
  • Your device's bootloader must be unlocked.
Installing with Fastboot:
  • Download Xiaomi.eu ROM zip file
  • Extract the ROM zip to a new folder
  • Power off your device
  • Boot your device in Fastboot mode (Hold volume down + power buttons)
  • Connect to PC via USB cable
  • Run one of the installation scripts (according to your PC operating system):
    - first_install_with_data_format - with data wipe, if you're flashing Xiaomi.eu ROM for the first time or downgrading.
    - update_rom - without data wipe, if you're updating from an older Xiaomi.eu ROM.
  • Done!
Installing with TWRP:
(TWRP must be installed with Fastboot mode)
  • Download Xiaomi.eu ROM zip file
  • Reboot to TWRP
  • If installing for the first time or downgrading: Wipe -> Format Data
  • Copy the ROM zip file to the internal storage
  • Install -> Select the ROM zip file
  • Reboot to system
  • Done!
Updating via Updater app:
(A Xiaomi.eu ROM and TWRP must already be installed on your device)
  • Download Xiaomi.eu ROM zip file
  • Copy the ROM zip file to the internal storage
  • Updater -> Menu (...) -> Select update package
  • Select the ROM zip file
  • Confirm any dialogs
  • Done!

good morning everyone, today it is not easy to download the update, 3 times it starts and never completes. download 600/700 or 1 gigabyte and then start again from scratch. I would like to ask the more experienced people what happens. thanks to those who answer me. Mondrian

Sourceforge having issues. Try again, we don't control their servers.

From Ishtar everything perfect. Personally I am very happy with this update. Font messed up is one of my most disturbing thing, second is interconnectivity but I am very happy now. Thank so much.

QWhat happened to the houji download?I started to download the update, it was canceled due to the slow speed and when I try to download again it is no longer available
 
Hi everyone, after a few attempts I managed to download the update, the last one and after it had interrupted it for the 5th time, it started downloading it again and did it in about ten minutes and at a speed of 5 megabytes per second . For now all is well and thanks to the developers. Mondrian.

Hi Guys,
the file for houji were declared about 6GB but when downloaded it's about 400MB, could you please check the files?

I understand that it is a sourceforge issue and we can't do anything about it so if possible, can people that managed to download the file help upload it to somewhere else as mirrors for others?

Take it easy bro, if they choose sourceforge instead of another one even if there are problems with it, there are reason for sure!
 
XM13(fuxi), everything's installed fine.

Edit: The background blur when you're at notification center is alful, was okay the previous build.

This time no issues to download 24.7.12 for Houji, in less than five minutes.
Applied the update without issues (other than commenting the line for `modemfirmware_ab` as usual for the Global version and not having issues with network in Europe).
 
shennong, generally looks fine.
The problem of not being able to use Bluetooth LE Audio, which has been occurring for several weeks, has not been resolved.
Hopefully Xiaomi will address this issue as soon as possible.

To the developers, thank you for everything.
