but with your post i searched a little more and voila
"We have 2 Galaxy S4 roms: jfltexx (port) for GT-I9505 and official ja3g for GT-I9500 variant."

If you change the notification shade options for apps, settings are not saved, and its stays always on.

And timezone bug, if you restart phone, time zone automatically sets to time zone 1. And this is not so easy to spot, because clock widget seems fine, but alarm goes on the wrong timezone.

just enable Permission manager in security app

may some one help me , how to use nfc tag, because when i attach a nfc on the back of the phone,
pop a message
"your phone doesn't support tagging"

Have you installed some app to manage the NFC? Default app in Mi3 is PonPonTag
