i have the same issue in Romanian Language
Also i have a problem when I try to import a .vcf file (from email) to contacts on any account. I get FC (unfortunately the process android.process.acore has stopped)

Same here, most functions of WSM tools don't work anymore. Hoping for an update soon.
No other problems found with this update.

Hopefully booted to system 2 via cwm

what do you mean with "2x settings at system apps"?

When you open the system apps at the settings, you will see 2 "apps" with the name settings.
On top of my head, one is used for WiFi. I can't recall the original name of these settings. I will check out later today. (I'm on my phone right now).

Since last update I have no TV animation when i lock the screen, and often the power key does't lock the screen.

Same things happen to me.
Temporary solution: adjust volume using volume button 2 times. And power button will work again
