Forgive me for my stupidity, my fault, (I will be cazurro), had put the rom of the mi max instead of the one of the mi mix, jejej
All solved update without problems at the moment, can be updated without problems if you have the twrp-3.0.2-0-rc2-eu-lithium at least to me it has worked

all ok

For guy successfully installed nougat on mi5:
Can I install the rom having supersu installed? Or should I remove supersu before installing rom?

I came from cm14.1 on Mi5(Gemini)

Flashed the latest twrp 3.2.0.3 and the rom after wiping. Now the device doesn't turn on and doesn't get recognized by my pc. Faastboot or Recovery doesn't work as well. Any ideas on what I can do?

Supersu root is automatically removed, after upgrading!!!

So;

1)update TWRP and REBOOT TWRP(check version) https://dl.twrp.me/gemini/twrp-3.0.2-3-gemini.img
2) install new MI5 nougat rom https://www.androidfilehost.com/?fid=745425885120692424
3)WIPE cache/dalvik
4)reboot system FIRST
5)install Supersu 2.78 SR5 https://download.chainfire.eu/1014/SuperSU/SR5-SuperSU-v2.78-SR5-20161130091551.zip?retrieve_file=1
6)reboot to finish

Goodluck!!!

I was able to fix my Mi5 by following this video.

Then flash china developer rom. Go into fastboot then flash TWRP. I also flashed to this weeks ROM. I think the problem that caused the hard brick was that I flashed the Mi5 rom before ingbrzy reuploaded it.

So am I correct that it isn't safe to flash on Mi 5S?
Because Mi 5S doesn't have a TWRP 3.0.2.3 version?

I don't know if you are referring to me. If yes I think you did not get at all reason of my question (and of course you don't know me) .
Ps: with upgrades the root is removed but something of supersu app remains

Thanks kriszut for clarification.

flashed new 7.0 rom and i get
two red errors
E: unknown command [log]
E: unknown command [log]

is that all normal i can reboot to system?

Guys, it seems that flashing miui nougat on mi5 if you come from CM/AOSP bricks the device too.

If you like to try miui nougat, you have to flash first a miui marshmallow, of course with last twrp in OP and whitout wipe system when you flashing miui nougat.

Seems your twrp does not support nougat. Use twrp that support nougat to get rid from that issue.
