Anyone here in here having connectivity issues ? I'm using mi4c and Sometimes second sim network emergency calls only ( no signal) & sometimes pops up "SIM card was Removed" msg

I had this problem with previous version so i re flash 6.5.12 . this can't be hardware level because after restart the phone sim detected (without adjusting SIM tray)

Anyone?

@ingbrzy some time ago phones flashed with xiaomi.eu stable firmwares would automatically update over OTA. Meaning that the phone:
1) would automatically check for the presence of a new firmware
2) If one would be available, it would offer the user to download and install it, or even automatically install it if it was configured to do so.

Can the recent stable firmwares do the same things? I am asking because after installing TWRP-enabled firmwares, no matter how many times one checks there is no new firmware to be found...

I know you are uploading firmwares once a month, but still there are persons stuck on versions like 7.0. Checking for firmwares from the built-in updater presents nothing to them.

What's wrong?

I'm getting confused with the MIUI numbering
Which one has the newest version of Android? 7.3.1.0 Stable or 6.5.24 weekly?

Guys do you know why google voice input in google keyboard is disabled? I can't see the microphone on the right next to suggestions (obviously everything is enabled in options, and i can't mess with permissions since it's a system app) :)

EDIT: Never mind solved :p

I downloaded and tried to install (mi4c) libra 6.5.24 using the updater app, it restarts and booted as if nothing happened. When I checked my rom version it is still in 6.5.12. What I did was to install the 6.5.24 using TWRP. It successfully updated using that method. But I do not want to install every time there is an update using TWRP. Please someone help me how to properly update using the updater app. I am new to this ROM coming from China Dev Rom. Thank you.

Hi I Have a question about HM2014813 and installation of android 5.1

I have download the ROM wt86o47 in zip format.

step 1 reboot in TWRP.
Step 2 FLASH ZIP ..
STEP 3 REBOOT
PROBLEM --- STUCK AT MI LOGO ...
---
recompose system with fastboot...
----
retry
----
step 1 reboot in TWRP.
Step 2 FLASH ZIP ..
STEP 3 WIPE TO FACTORY RESET
PROBLEM --- STUCK AT MI LOGO ...
----
recompose system with fastboot...
Update to last 4.4...REMAIN THERE.

WHAT I HAVE TO DO TO INSTALL A WORKING 5.1.. ????
CLARIFY PLEASE

Had the same issue. Apparently its NOT correct to boot to TWRP and apply the zip. You have to open the Updater App and "choose the update package" from there. Like that it will work.

I don't know if you get the same problem but after all this i started having again the black background around some icons. If anyone knows how i can get over this, it would be great.

I read that you put OTA updates once a month, but it's since December that I haven't been receiving anything. Why?

Sent from my MI NOTE LTE using Tapatalk

OTA for cancro / virgo / redmi 2 is too risky after Android base change.. so we decided to save users from bricked devices caused by OTA update... they have to update manually to have it under control...
Sir pls add hotplug in redmi 2 kernel it will solve heating issues and battery will also Improve

The rom with the latest features is always the developer weekly. You can't compare the version number of stable with weekly. Weekly version number is simply this: Year.Month.Day
