My downloaded apps and files from internal storage after updating via twrp ,will remove or not ?

Hi how to update from 6.8.4 to 6.8.11 ? Via twrp or via updater app then select choose update package ?
When finished you can remove the zip.

How about the other files from internal or my downloaded apps ? It will be removed after updating or not ?

Its fine for me. Try to change usb setting to MTP or u can use miui usb setting on pstore to change it.

my mi3w 16GB always give error in twrp ( no block by name user data .............) and can't flash , I tried many weeks with 4.4 or 6.0 base but failed all time how to solve please ??

On redmi 3s with TWRP 3.0.2.0 and Rom 6.8.4 and 6.8.11 installation is shut down smartphones
It turns on again in TWRP and reinstall completely Rom.

The Rom 6.8.12 for MI5 looks different from Mi4 and others?
It does not have the three fingers to the screenshot option?
Even the App Music seems outdated as of Mi4 and icons of the 'settings are not as colorful as on Mi4.

Much faster then 6.8.4 on my redmi 3s 2gb. Looks like Inbox working now. I'll write more after few days. But now can someone confirm if IrDa working on this phone? I can't pair Samsung AC, which was working on stock rom. I didn't tested mi pilot on 6.8.4 ROM :-(
