What commands are you using to flash TWRP?

You can not flash it on locked bootloader.
While in fastboot use "fastboot boot <name of TWRP.img>".

Use that to install TWRP and reboot to recovery from within it.

Wipe Data and flash ROM.

Need to sleep now, someone else will hopefully help you tonight.

I'm using the stock launcher
I already tried to remove the shortcut and put.it back but no success

And yes camera works

Then you still need to change language to english to see if problem is only on your current language, which im pretty sure it is.
If you confirmed that then you can't do anything except reporting issue and wait for another release.
