I think your device codename is Land. But im not 100% sure.
If it is then yes it works.
Before everything officially unlock bootloader or you'll brick device.

Then read how to install and use Android adb on official xiaomi forum. When you do that, download rom correct version for your device(look at first post picture) and Twrp recovery. Avoid downloading from unstable connection or mobile phone do from pc and then copy to sd card.

Does camera works?

Change language to english, reboot and test again.
Try to remove camera shortcut from lockscreen and reboot and put back.

I already tried to remove the shortcut and put.it back but no success

I have keep option of clearing background cache to 1 minute, but the cache is not cleared even after a hour.. in the official stock rom this feature worked properly...
But now using stable 8.0.2 on my redmi 3s, this feature is not working...
Is it a bug or does this feature not work at all in xiaomi eu rom?

It is not a must have, i don't have it and the rom is great.
The only wipes i do are cache and dalvik

MIUI8 worked good for developer version. But I prefer a xiaomi.eu version.

MIUI8 is available since long time. Also Android 6.0 based MIUI8 6.9.9 for your device that is still the latest public release.

My problem is, when I flash TWRP and the latest rom Xiaomi.eu my phone stuck on mi logo and my bootloader relock himself.. Who know how to fix it ?

Your not having much luck with your device!

Did you wipe the data partition, before you flashed xiaomi.eu rom?

Boot to fastboot and see if your allowed to unlock your device again with MiUnlock.

If successful try flashing the rom again.

Not really !
No I do a factory reset but before flash xiaomi.eu rom my bootloader is unlocked and after flash my bootloader is relock but I don't understand why ?

First boot of xiaomi.eu takes some time. Hope you gave it enough time to load.

You should be wiping the Data partition in TWRP before flashing the rom (when coming from another rom).

If your coming from non marshmallow rom, flashing the MM rom causes the relock (something do with firmware).

What version of TWRP are you using? Have you check the MD5 of the rom to make sure is not a corrupted download?

If you can access TWRP, try wiping the data partition and try booting it again.

Yes but after 10 minutes it's not normal lol
I always wipe the data before flashing
The rom before flash is an Android 5.1.1 and I flash an Android 6.0 rom but somme people tell me to unlock bootloader and the phone will boot normally but no, the phone didn't boot..
I use the 3.0.0-0 version of TWRP

How I can check the Md5 ?

Try installing a newer twrp from post one. My bootloader was also relocked after upgrade but I was able to use the phone normally

Ok thanks I will try it if my procedure don't work:
Unlock bootloader
Flash TWRP and wipe data/cache
Flash rom and wipe cache
reboot immediatly in bootloader via TWRP and re-unlock the bootloader and reboot the phone

But normally with the mi logo I have an Android with 3 points at the bottom of the screen

Already updated to version 6.9.15, i hope it fixes my issue.
