In my case, with update 7.1.12 on MI5 32GB, GPS is now working well after reboot, but it becomes unusable after a time. Then need to reboot!

Are you sure? Because ppl really feedback after that first 7.0 ROM. They were all bricked.

What is "139 Mailbox Automatical Configuring" in Accessibility Options?
+ There is also a "Security" Option there as well that has Chinese text when clicked on.
For "139 Mailbox .....", I tried freezing some apps that I though might have put it there.
Anyone else have the above on this version of the rom?

Scroll screenshot works fine on numerous apps like facebook for example. Not restricted to aystem apps only.
It has worked for me more than not worked in apps other than system apps. FB came to mind first.

Indoor is always a ****** light situation, try the manual mode with ISO 100 and more exposure. Maybe you got a device with a bad camera, but I don't know how bright it is in your room. I think it's pretty normal, if you have a high ISO and low exposure(I mean it's a small phone not a DSLR with a 2 meter sensor). Post the same scenario then again, would be interesting, how it changed.

Well, this is not mine only statement, it`s consistent with en.miui.com mods and admins replies. This is one of the answers to similar question: "The Mi4 bootloader is not locked yet, there hasn't been an official statement about that yet and until such has been made, it should be considered as unlocked, no matter what the fastboot command returns as a result". See also post #255

Edit: Checked and I`m getting the exactly same response on my Mi4 LTE with "fastboot oem device-info". I`m 100% positive my Mi4 is not locked and has never been, with twrp and xiaomi.eu rom
