Hi,
what is the best version of twrp Jason (mi note 3)?

miMax 2 Oxygen - Eu Weekly

I have strange problem, don't know exactly where is the point... I have Mi2 with Miui 9 7.8.10 and TWRP 3.1.1.0, and i cant update, through the app or manually on twrp... I think the problem is TWRP it is not mounting the SDCARD0 partition... Any way to fix these?
P.D. Right now it seem bricked... :(( I just tried a sideload install with error 7...

Alarm tested on Mi5 in switched off state while charging and works fine here without any issue. Device booted up automatically before alarm time comes up...
Thanks for your reply graw2, I don't get why this is happening just in my case. Did you switch off your Mi5 while already charging? That's what I usually do.
Anyway, I clean flashed the rom, since I was coming from another custom rom. I will try to reproduce the issue again, maybe after wiping cache, even though it happened twice in two times I've set the alarm before going to sleep...

I don't know of error 7. I had the error std::bad_alloc. This can be resolved by using adb version 36 or something instead of the latest adb version. Maybe you can try "adb kill-server" and then "adb start-server" before sideloading.

But! There is a way to restore the official rom by flashing the fastboot update by the flashingtool by Xiaomi. Link > en.miui@com/a-234. h t m l

I have a question by myself. Device info > Mi Mix 2 / Chiron.

I wiped via TWRP (this version > xiaomi@eu/community/threads/twrp-by-iceman_it.41905/) all possible data including system and internal storage. So no eu_rom.zip at /sdcard. Also adb doesn't recognized my device. So sideloading couldn't be performed.

How can I install the eu_rom. Because the second try TWRP doesn't see the eu_rom and can't mount.

Second question: Does anyone knows why adb doesn't recognize my device in recovery? Yes, usb-debugging is on. And adb does recognize my device when normal system is activated!

Thanks in advance

I have a Xiaomi redmi 4 prime telephone and downloaded the latest version: "xiaomi.eu_multi_HM4Pro_7.10.12_v9-6.0".

Thanks for your work!

Just installed it on my Mi5S 128GB and I'm very satisfied. When will be Version 7.10.13/14 out for the Mi5S?

Alarm tested on Mi5 in switched off state while charging and works fine here without any issue. Device booted up automatically before alarm time comes up...
Okay, I made a couple of tests and it seems that this is happening only if I switch off my Mi5 while already charging. If I switch it off and then plug in charger it will boot just fine...

@ingbrzy

Is it possible to make the volume steps more steps? (e.g.30 steps volume slider)
Now its just a bit to loud at lowest point for my taste (mediavolume)

And why is there no spiltscreen option? (using Redmi Pro HMPro)

Thanks in advance and great work!!
Greetings to the team!

So I thought about it. But, here people say different things, that when you update through via OTA there are problems, there are such people here. They are stupid ?
Thank you for information ;)
You're not just stupid! Before your posts you should read first pages after update and try to understand (if you can) that problems with OTA more than full download update due to overload server, lost connect etc as result not correct md5 and possibly get boot loop. Smart people these are WHO can make analysis! otherwise close your dirty mouth

Does anyone knows if there is any way to setup network type for SIM card to stop it switching to 3G each time I deactivate "FLIGHT MODE"? It should be constant "GSM only". I'd be very greatful.

Choose prefer network type on your sim card settings to 2G only. Works on my Kate. Although I use only one sim card.

I am not able to see my Chromecast via the phone. It works just great with other devices, so the Chromecast seems to be just fine. I'm using 7.10.12 on mi5s. Did anyone else see this?
Not Google home, nor YouTube, Netflix or Google foto's. Also not the "Cast" button shows me my Chromecast.
I'm on the same WiFi network for sure. Google is painfully silent on the matter, so I fear that this is my problem, but I thought I'd drop a question.

I have Chromecast Ultra and same issue here. Can't cast anything from MIUI media apps even if cast button available, but it works fine with chromecast supported apps (as it designed to work with them) and with wireless (Miracast certified) display as well.
