Fastboot mode is:

01. Turn off the phone.
02. Press and Hold Power + Vol Down buttons.
03. Let go the Vol Down button immediately after 1st vibration, then let go the Power button immediately.

Your phone will boot up showing the Bunny+Fastboot word.

Install first a costum TWRP? If it's not overwritten and still not working with the methods before on PlayStore there are plenty of applications to reboot on recovery.

Hi,
i wanted to install this rom instread of the Global version on my mi6. However, my phone ends up in a bootloop after flashing the rom and rebooting. Seems to be going well, no error messages etc.

I've tried:

• Waiting for more than 20 minutes
• Wiping Dalvik cache (via twrp)
• Reflashing a freshly downloaded rom (and wiping cache before rebooting)
• Reflashing an older rom (xiaomi.eu_multi_MI6_7.10.26_v9-7.1.zip)

Can someone point me in the right direction?

I need to Format System/Data again to release more space there?

The problem is I can´t go into installed twrp. I installed some apps for reboot on recovery but they need root and my phone isn´t rooted because my magisk is not working also. To install supersu or magisk again I need twrp. I´m turning in circles...

awesome update. after long stay in 7.10.12, I was tempted to try this ROM..
surprised, now we have cool face unlock, it's very fast!
so far so good in my mi5. Just wishing in the next update:
-bring back Live wallpaper, missing option to choose/set Live wallpaper
-customized full screen pop-up for reminder/calendar/alarm (can set own pictures for background), also customized ringtones
-faster lock GPS
-face unlock for app lock, maybe..
-hide foto in gallery without sync to cloud

When listen to spotify on car, on miui8, I turn silence on so that I listen to music, but notifications sound don't.

But now on miui9, do the same, rise volume up to get music sound... But then, if a notification arrive, I listen to notification sound even on silence.

Thats not good. Any ideias?

Regarding the translation issue, unless it’s an issue with english language, please report to your language repo as specified in the first post of this thread. Also share more details about the bugs you’re talking about.

Xiaomi.eu is based on China stable/dev for all devices (with the exception of HMNote3SE), that’s probably why the new explorer is missing.

I've received the suggestion to recheck the unlocked status of the bootloader (it still is unlocked), or to reset the encryption state of the storage. I did not manage to do the last part, as a format of the system and data partitions did not remove this lock.

Can somebody else give me something else to test?
