If same capacitive button has more function (1. home button, 2. fingerprint reader, 3. long press for GA) then no surprise that issue.
Other solution would be change long press duration time but it is not available in MIUI9

Sign in to Mi Fit and turn on step counter, prompt to open mi fit, and alow Notification acces for MiFit.(Mi4C 32/3)

Does someone know how to connect the step counter (from smart assistant) with Mi Fit? Step counter shows message "Sign in to Mi Fit and turn on step counter". Did it, but no change. Is there any special setting?

Can i flash the 7.11.6 dirty without loosing my data?

What a pity, what a disappointment !. The Mi Note Pro has been in the market for 2 and a half years and it will be eliminated from development. They want to be a leading company and they will be, at the same time as samsung and others, if you want to have the cell phone updated, you must buy a new one every 2 years maximum.
My mobile has power to keep being updated. I know it is not a problem of xiaomi.eu, but from here my strongest protest.

WhatsApp works fine with me in matter of notifications.

I do get Chinese notifications from the MI remote every now and then.

Other problem, finger print doesn't work for PayPal app.

Downgraded to 7.11.2, sometimes I wonder what Official Developers are doing back there. 7.11.9 should be better than 7.11.2 not worse.

We need steps forward not steps backward.

Do not disturb doesn't work when you play music. It will still play notifications through the music. In general you always hear notifications when you play music, even when sound should be off! (mi6)
