When i get into the Google Settings > Settings > Screensearch the two switches are greyed so taht they cant be activated.
Or do you mean something another option?

Good Work, its the best room until now to my MI5C. I think the only thing that could be improved its the battery life and a little overheating.

MI 5 PRO 128

Whenever I try to make a video call all Voice & sound go mute as if they are on silent mode including the mobile ringer itself and no voice even during a normal call

The default Assist app is set om Google App , to restore the voice again I have to reboot and all goes well , until I try to use a video call and all voice goes silent again......

Have spent more than 4 hours last night working around it but without any success .

Any clue on how to sort it out ?

Mi4c, since 7.5.4 weekly, I am receiving "clear this app data in settings system apps and try again" notification, even if nothing is opened. Cleared dalvik after each update, also tried resetting default apps - not helpful so far. A thread in official miui exist for this, related to default mail app, I do not have additional mail apps installed.

Anyone faced and fixed this?

This problem pops up occasionally, clear the app data for the "XIaomi MAIL" app!

Yes the 'Xiaomi Mail' app, it is probably running in the background when using other apps.

Another user had the same problem a few weeks ago.

thanks to all developers for this great rom, mi max 4/128 helium, i was used version 6.12.22 eu. rom android 6 and upgrading to this 7.5.18 eu. rom android 7 using twrp clean all, after installation completed, the screen was frozen, not responsive to any key, i tried with MIUI official rom android 7 i hot the same problem scteen frozen, any idea what i did wrong, can any one help, thank you very much

I did clean flash and dirty flash, i got the same result the screen was frozen not responsive to ant key

I formatted before the installation, and then after installing it, i restarted. If i downgraded to android 6, it is ok,

no i restarting in system, the procedure of proses i used to work on android 6

Found this while using wifi, sometimes it comes up, dont know why. Updated from 7.5.11 using redmi note 2, and never happened in 7.5.11. thx
