1) I have the last week, the updater icon is there, it has not been removed yet ..
2) Every time I do an update i behave like this:

a) I make a copy of the downloaded rom x security and open it with File Explorer to see if it's all ok, (we know that it automatically erases the downloaded rom, although there is some error, once with an old version of twrp did not finish the update and I had to download it again

b) I open up updater and upgrade, it restarts in twrp and updates me without any error ..
c) If you have a recovery error you have to upgrade to the latest version.

You have to boot into recovery directly. Don't start the installation process within the updater app

The auto brightness function is working, but the slider works strange. You can see on the screenshot the first point of the slider when the brightness changes. The first ~60% of the slider doesn't change the brightness.

The problem with the carusel background is still there

Disable and re-enable wallpaper carousel and it will work till reboot the phone. I use it as temporary solution...

I still do not understand how we still have this kind of problem with notifications ...
for example whatsapp if you use fast response, that's what happens ..
and then what is that gray box under the arrow?

I do not use custom themes, I use all default ..

hopefully with miui9 they solve these odious things ... and there are other apps that have this kind of bugs in the notifications ..
if you want i can continue to send screenshots App where there are problems in the notifications bar.

Since the switch from MIUI 8.3. to 8.6 i cannot update my MI MIX anymore.
The decryption of the update file takes only 5 seconds and when i boot into TWRP it always tells me that the zip file is corrupt.
Downloaded the files nearly 20 times already, repaired archive. Everytime i have the same problem.
What do i have to do to update my 7.5.25 MIUI 8.3 version to the next one ?!
