There is any difference with first 7.8.10 version, or it rings less things in silent mode? I have the same problem in 7.8.10: all rings in silent mode (notifications...). I have mido too. Thanks...

Not necessary. You can install the firmware cleanly (by a full reset during the restore process). Naturally, earlier we made backup data (if necessary)

"If you are using MIUI V5 / MIUI 6 / MIUI 7 / MIUI 8 stable ROM, please upgrade to MIUI 9 via fastboot method"

Can not understand. Do not know any reason why to go the fastboot method. Should work as any other update from stable to weekly.
