Downloaded from home desktop and flashed via TWRP with dirty wipe on my Redmi Note 4 (mido).
Noticed nice minor changes (see screenshots below). Not sure about OTA but I'm happy with this update.

Just installed on MI6 and everything works, on a previous build I was unable to increase/decrease call volume on internal/external speaker but now its sorted with the last release.

It is best to flash through Mi Flash the latest version of the developer's miui, install the recovery and then flash MIUI9. So you will avoid many mistakes and problems
