Hi

After flashing with this last ROM, my MI 5s is bricked.

The flash was ok with TWRP. After I wipe "Cache & Dalvik", OK.
Then I made a "Reboot" but the phone didn't boot again.

I press "power" long time --> nothing
I press "power" + "Vol +" --> nothing
I press "power" + "Vol -" --> nothing

When I connect the phone to my PC, Windows detects the USB and give the tipical "bip".

I update very ofter my MI 5s with XIAOMI.EU weekly ROMs, I never had a such problem.


Please give me an advise!

Yes, I see. But I wanna turn it off.

You can turn it off by turn Bluetooth OFF and ON again. In this case your device will be discoverable again if you open Bluetooth settings

How do you change the default homescreen page? In miui 8 there was an icon to do that if I'm not wrong.

Hello... it is possible. Swipe with two fingers over the display.

Now you see the "menu" at the bottom where you can setup "wallpaper, widgets, setting" and the icons have a grey circle on the upper right corner.

Click on one of these icons one time.

On the bottom a new "menu" will open and you can choose your favorite homescreen.

Have you deleted System too?
Are you sure you have enough battery?
have the phone on charger for a few hours
Copy the rom on external SD card
Once in fastboot, just fastboot twrp and reboot in twrp and install from sd card.

I had this too.
I don't use mail and calander and agenda from this rom.
Google is better.

Was install on my mi5 Pro. overall run smooth on my device. BUT, battery drain is very fast.. i almost get 2-3 charge /day. only use for Social Media Like Instagram, whatsapp and facebook too. i dont know why this happend.

maybe someone can give me a solution?

Mi4c. After two days of use everything's running smoothly. Battery life it's pretty much the same but the device heats less with the two MIUI 9 ROM's tested than with MIUI 8.6. Really enjoying MIUI 9.

All works fine for me in my redmi4X, except "timing mute".
When I program "timing mute" the phone changes to silent/DND mode correctly at the programed hour, but when the time finish don´t change to normal mode.
Has somebody the same problem?

A lot of FC still on OTA and other apps like browser and gmail.
Also, when will the top battery icon, and time etc.. get changed from black, back to white when on the home screen?
Its impossible to see, and i don't want to change my homescreen wallpaper.
And i still haven't been able to get wallpaper carousel to work on my lock screen.
I used to like random different wallpapers every day, it made a nice change.
But more annoyingly, is the ability to pull down your message notifications to see part of your message or email, i am not able to do this anymore, Why is this??

5S 4GB/128GB no bug to report so far.

ROM runs smoothly, also the battery looks OK, I havent noticed any particular battery drain.
My FC bug on the Message app (super annoying) has also disappeared.
