CONFIRMED! This ROM has a bug. I went back to 8.2.12.0 Global and 4G settings in network connection does not cause problem in the calling.

I know the ROM, and that was the reason I ask Ingbrzy for release a 100% xiaomi.eu port version like Epic rom. I believe he could do that easily and because I trust xiaomi.eu roms I would not be hesitate to change.

I have a problem with mail notifications (i use a google account).
50% of the time I receive them without problems. 45% only if i turn on the screen. 5% only if i do a manually sync.
I had no problems with Miui 7. The problems started with the Miui 8 continue with the Miui 9.
No problem with whatsapp. Never miss a notification.

Yeah. Press volume down during phone call and it goes down.
No it does not. Using vol+/- during a call will change the microphone input volume.
I tried using kernel toolkit but did not change 2 core not working.
Adiutor kernel requires root I do not have it.

Vol +/- during a call is not the mic volume for sure. That is the ear speaker volume even though you see below icon while adjust volume:

I have granted root permissions and used Kernel Auditor and in fact run all the core thanks

Do not worry! All cores are working fine for you just 4 cores divided to two clusters and 3rd apps like Cpu-Z, AIDA64...etc just reads the CPU states, values incorrectly as it detects two clusters as 2 cores that is completely false.
for Mi5s:
cluster1: 2 x Kryo running at 2.4GHz
cluster2: 2 x Kryo running at 2.0GHz
