You should be complaining at the MIUI Forum not here, it's xiaomi developer duty to do that.

Xiaomi.eu add this to many devices which originally don't have it in 7.9.14 eu ROM, so if you are not using eu ROM 7.9.14 and really really really muat have this info, you can edit your device properties file adding this line :

<bool name="support_show_basic_items">true</bool>

add this line at the bottom or anywhere, but before the last line.

Please remember to backup the original device properties file before editing, it's really a good habit.

I have same situation with redmi 3s, out of the box, it has fake rom 8.1.1.0.0, fastboot oem device-info says true, it enters edl... But how to be sure is it officially unlocked. Is this enough to confirm the bootloader is unlocked...

mine, with HMNote3SE 7.9.15 rom ...............dont conect data.... only wifi...

For Orange/Jaztel... In Spain try set this:

1. Long tap in data network.
2. APN settings.
3. MVNO tipe.
4. Sellect IMSI.
5. Save.
6. Reboot (The 4G/LTE connection takes a few seconds to work...).

Working fine for me.

Hi, some problem found in developer mode:
Additional settings - Developer options - Process stats immediately quits and returns back to Settings.
In the latest MIUI 8 it worked for me.

Updating from MIUI 8 to 9 must be through Miflash ....

Not necessarily, it seems that there is a problem with certain models like mine (Mi4c) when trying to update directly from MIUI 8 to MIUI 9 just because of the Firmware incompability (change of Android versions (from 5.1 to 7). Well, something like that, anyway.
So a new firmware must be installed, and also the right TWRP version must be used for the purpose.

it's the device properties file, the file name is '<yourdevice>.xml' such as mido.xml

For some devices it's in the 'system/etc/device_features/' folder of system partition (you need to root your phone and use explorer like es file explorer to see this).

All you need is change the value of 'support_new_silentmode' from true to false.

Please backup the original file before editing.

I agree but not bug annoying me. For. File manager if you go right or left everything is ok again.
Sometime you have problem that frequency are stuck at 1689 minimum load CPU?

I miss much more the single tap hardware buttons options

Can you add contact widget on homescreen? I can not, but do not know why . I wiped cache and dalvik, reinstalled rom, cleared data of louncher and themes, but nothing helps.
