Please, it's safe to flash the Note 4x (mido) Rom or not?

it always depends on what you mean by "safe" - every update of a beta version has potential dangers. By that standard it is never safe to install an experimental, bleeding-edge ROM. On the other hand, I routinely use the EU ROMs and hardly ever have REAL problems; annoying bugs yes, showstoppers never.

Anybody can help Flashing Xiaomi.eu ROM on MI PAD 4 PLUS ... Cannot flash TWRP ... Any Hints or an EASIER way to Intall this EUROPE ROM ???

@ingbrzy
This afternoon the Updater App reported there was An update available. (Yesterday I went back to last weeks ROM). Downloaded it through OTA. Unfortunately the menues were still in English instead of Dutch.
Then I saw in Sourceforge the ROM HMNote4x. Downloaded it manually and installed that one. Sorry to say the menues are still not in Dutch.
So going back to 8.12.13. In that ROM the menues are in Dutch.

Greetings Jos

Latest Mi MIX 2 ROM leads to frequent, spontaneous reboots and today one device shutdown.
Anyone else with that problem?

Any feedback on Mi6 ?

MI6 works great, but if you use a high 2.4 GHZ Wifi channel (I for exmaple use 13), you dont see your wifi network any more.

As a fix you can either wait for the next release or change a line in your /system/build.prop, look for ro.miui.wifi.region and ensure it is set to GB (=the whole line reads: ro.miui.wifi.region=GB), then restart. Igor also has a small flashable zip that does that, you can find it here: http://www.mediafire.com/file/mwwnbw0p24jept7/WiFiTestGB.flashable.zip/file

Does anyone know how to put the status bar like this? What do I need to modify in the system, could someone tell me? Only the bar, not the icons :(

Any clue? Already clear data, and reinstall the app,but the error continues.

Dear Devs,
Mi Max 3 4/64 Global ROM. TWRP 3.2.3. I installed this Beta. I noticed only ONE but HUGE Bug. When I choose to encrypt my phone I put it on charger and press "Encrypt". The phone goes to reboot and nothing happens. My device stays unencrypted. It is insanely annoying. Please help to resolve

This issue is known and reported, but no solution available (yet?).
From my side I've just tested all the available roms (6 versions) and none of them is able to well encrypt as it should be. Results are from no effect to full reset with many noway to boot and good encryption that fall to format data!
ONLY the MIUI official STABLE is encrypting perfectly. But not our choice!
This is a serious flaw for people with sensitive data eg banking application.
We need an encryptable rom!
Merry Chrismas

Is there anyone having problem installing magisk18.0 on Mi Max3??
Mine was run completely but after reboot the magisk logo not show.

Previously on MIUI 10 Global Beta 8.12.20 and PUBG 0.8, the game can ran on full screen with fill the notch. But after updating to latest beta (Android P), PUBG didnt fill the notch.
