Tested, I can't confirm that issue. I can download with full bandwidth from play store.

On mine too.
However, i have another serious issue: Google Play is FC. Tried to clear all data for the app, reinstalled the 8.3.2 with a system wipe (but no data). Still FC
Any clues?

Bring Android 8 to the Mi 5s Plus as well

It is not up to xiaomi.eu team. They work on official MIUI base so if only Nougat for Mi 5s Plus is available they will not change it.

Besides, lots of bug reports for Mi5 are here and on other forums, so it would be nice if they first focus on debug rom for this phone instead of releasing another and split the time.

Hello, a have a issue with phone&contacts app since about 2 months ago, they are responding really slow. This issue is present on numerous threads about mi phones, like this one http://c.mi.com/thread-772374-1-0.html but no answers.
Does anyone know what can I do to fix it?
Is present on both my phone's Mi note 2 (andoid 7) and Mi6 (andoid 8).

Tested on Mi5 Oreo and it works for me. Checked with both cleaner definition Tencent and Clean master. Maybe device specific issue...

What is the difference between the clean master and the tencent? I always used the clean master option and it always worked fine even in version 8.2.1 now in 8.3.1 it did not work ... I made the respective wipes before and after. now I've tried the tencent and it worked but it seems very incomplete in cleaning so I think it's a bug.

Have you found a fix? I'm on Mi 4C xiaomi.eu weekly 8.3.1 and I get /system could not be mounted error if I try to flash xposed or other zips I usually use.
After installation from TWRP 3.2, I got a red error message, saying Unable to mount storage. I booted the system and everything went smoothly. After a while, I flashed Magisk 16 from TWRP, with the same error at the end but the rooting process was successful (superuser is enabled and working).

This latest xiaomi.eu weekly is the only one that messes with something in /system, I had no problems with other versions.

Tencent detects more rubbish compared to Clean Master so Tencent seems more effective in cleaning...
