After a reset the update (on mi mix 2s) was successful, but notification behaviour seems to be a little bit different. I already configured the correct notifications, as i want them but my watch app doesn´t seem to get access to some of them and does not forward them to my watch. With the last weekly this worked (i configured it the same). But this could also be a problem with Android 9 and this app(s). Try to find it out, but for now only a few apps get´s forwarded (they are displayed fine in Android itself)

i fixed Camera Problem,

1- Clean install Xiaomi.Eu 8.8.30 in TWRP
2- İnstall Xiaomi.Eu 8.9.13 but NO CLEAN INSTALL
3- Reboot Rom
4- Open TWRP Wipe All
5- Reinstall Xiaomi.Eu 8.9.13 but CLEAN
6- Reboot

Clean flashed 8.9.13. still have the microphone bug where other people can not hear me on video chat applications.

So far I have tried Google Duo, Line, Skype. The audio coming in works fine, its the audio going out that keeps cutting out.
I tried good strong Wifi and also Celluar, it does the same thing.

The funny part is that audio calls work fine, so I'm not sure how that makes any sense.

Installed from yesterday on MI 8.... all ok, camera works, seems that also notifications on AOD are working (at leat i've seen whatsapp icon on AOD at least one time).
Also the BT bug after Airplane mode seems fixed.

Also the GPS reports now the dual frequency (so we can be sure that GPS is using dual frequency), in this image you can see L1 and L5 used at same time (tested indoor... so there are few satellites):

I've also anabled VoLTE for dual sim (Tim and Vodafone - Italy) with dial code (is not enabled by default), works great!!!

Still no "Ok Google" (but seems a google problem)

For ARB, i can confirm, my MI 8, is still "virgin" after 8.9.13 update:

@ingbrzy

installed 8.9.13 and magisk on my mix 2s with formatting data.

- bootup times seem normal for me (about 20 sec)
- camera working fine
- no major issues detected

but could you change the google news app icon to the default one/ new one? it still shows the old google news stand icon
the first screenshot is xiaomi.eu the second one is miui china.

What version/ROM had you installed before this last release?

Hi guys.
Im using mi 8 and just installed the new pie version.
The device working great and I really love it.
I just have one question.
I noticed that I can't quick reply from notifications bar in WhatsApp.
Is that a bug or am I missing something?
Thanks

Hi Good day

I'm using 8.8.30 on Mi8 SE and it's good but notifications on AOD by third parties app like whatsapp missing

Do you now if is it has been fixed on this last version 9.13 ?
I'am in the same situation. Did you try the new version and did you check if it works now? Thanks

I'm having issues coming from stable rom, so I'll check if coming from that version solves any. Thanks you!
what issues are you having?
here is exactly what i did:

- twrp factory reset
- twrp format data
- reboot recovery
- put rom and magisk back on storage
- flashed rom + immediately magisk
- reboot

Mi Mix 2s
to many bugs on this build. Better to wait a couple of weeks more until the issues solved. because i can not see so much differents between oreo and pie, at least in miui. ofcourse more smootly but this can not replace the bugs. Thanks anyway for the work...

Are you saying that ARP is disabled, is your device a China or global?

This is whai I did:
  1. Boot recovery.
  2. Factory reset.
  3. Format data.
  4. Reboot to recovery again cause internal storage was empty.
  5. Moved and flashed ROM.
  6. Boot system
Later I flashed Magisk.

You can share the bugs you have in the post I've made at Mix2s section.

Who will get the information when I press send on internal error report? Xiaomi or Xiaomi.eu
Confirmed and fixed.

No point in sending error report, it's sent to Xiaomi.
