There is another thing:

i don't know why, but i regularly find some files in "download"-directory. files that can't be displayed. only grey fields. I tried to find them by file manager tools, but there aren't any. i don't really belief that's a google fotos issue.

anybody else in this situation?

In settings/applications search for the 2 apps with name "download". Clean all the data from those 2 apps and restore the updates in the Google playstore app.
Reboot and you are good to go

Change your language in English to find The 2 apps and when you finish go back to your language.

This "issue" is known and reported, but it is Xiaomi China to correct it.
I live with it because I don't see any willingness from Xiaomi to correct it (soon?).
This affect almost every model phone.
I have seen a Magisk patch available. Try it if you care.

That's the problem with permissions, turn on again those permission of Google photo

Does anyone know why when I download a file from Facebook app, after the download finish, I receive a note saying that the file doesn't exist? I tried with PDF files and jpg files.
Facebook as permissions to write on internal storage.
I appreciate your help.

E então não consigo atualizar via ota. Quando você baixa a ROM pelo Sourceforge.net, quando eu reinicio, o TWRP não consige acessar os arquivos porque o dispositivo está criptografado. Então eu tenho que colocar a ROM em um cartão SD e só então posso instalar a ROM. Você pode me ajudar por favor?

Just updated now, everything works great but I have a little bug.
Sometimes when I open a folder containing some apps everything get blurry af...

Guys as it seems the problem is due to TWRP, "fixed" by some users flashing orange fox version, any chance we get the ZIP reuploaded?
Or you intend to work on it for a different fix?

I have a mi 8 Lite with TWRP, and i installed the update via OTA and everything work Just fine for me (i've got to say that when i downloaded the OTA, it also download a file named the same way of the zip file, but it was a ".MD5" file). i hope this info help you guys.

This is pretty odd but for some reason the wifi mac address of my dipper / MI8 changed after clean flashing from 11.0.4.0 eu stable to the current Android Q beta...

Did anyone else notice a mac address change whjen updating/flashing beta ?

Another bug I've found:
When trying to open any pdf/txt/file link in google app search results nothing happens except a small error message "closed due to unknown issue".
When searching in chrome the pdf/whatever search results can be opened.
