Invalid [9.7.19] Mi 9 - Random ads popping up

Anyone experiences random ads keep on popping up when unlocking the phone or while using. Like literally instantly after unlocking the phone.

its by some of your installed app.. not from system..

It's indeed caused by some hidden app that I've never seen before.

I did think about this but couldn't find it until now.
