Add battery indicator to expanded notification bar

Hey guys,
I am searching for an solution for my problem for weeks now, but there is no solution out there! I read a lot of mod tutorials how to remove stuff from the notification bar, but there are no hints how to add something.

Is there a way to keep the battery indicator in the notification bar visible while the bar is expanded?
