Battery Problem - Redmi Note 4 (snapdragon) / 8.5.8.0

I have very a big problem with battery in my (2 months old) Redmi Note 4 with SnapDragon.
After last update, the battery does not charge up to max. Now its max for it is 92%!

Not touched phone (WiFi and LTE connection turned on), but the phone was not touched.
After 3 hours, phone is screaming - battery is empty - (19%)!
Today i discharged phone to turn off and connect the charger (phone is off).
After 5 minutes i got 3%, 30 minutes = 15%, after 40 minutes is 31% - I turn on the phone, on the screen I have that it is loaded to 85%!!!
Why there is difference (31 to 85 %)??? I wait to max charge - is 92%.
The phone was discharged after 1 hour normal use.
After it i connect charger, and charge phone (phone is off) but charging shows 91% and stop.
After 4 hours I turn off the charger and turn on the phone, after startup is display 90%, after 15 minutes 75%.
I turn on the charging and it increases to 92% and stop!

One week ago, i was full wipe this phone, but its not help me.
The phone worked on the street max for 20-30 minutes - watching the Internet.

Before updating the phone worked for me long and was able to use it, now it is not suitable for anything

Can I downgrade MIUI version or update to same ROM without battery problem?

Hi , i have the same problem as you, since 8.5.4 miui version. i update to 8.5.8 but the problem still exists...so you mention all the problems that i have. im searching for a possible downgrade

Nope. No such problem in my Note 4 MTK, on latest 7.10.12 anyway.

In android this is a solution for that:

Use the phone until this turn-off
Try to turn on when this happes for ensure that the battery is empty
Charge the phone OFF and don't disconnect for nothing
when it's 100% charged, disconect and turn-on
If the batery says less to 100%, conect again TURN-ON

Mmm... i don't know if this works (in my redmi note 4 everything is ok)...
