Bluetooth Aptx Support

Anybody knows whether the MI 5s supports Bluetooth aptX?
I hear that the sound should be better with aptX.

I try to find out so I look in the logcat, but I only find:

It looks like only Bluetooth SBC will be support and not aptX.

Is there a way to implement aptX with a xiaomi.eu rom because the snapdragon 821 and the Bluetooth 4.2 standard should support aptX.
