Hi, I need help. I have Xiaomi Mi5x and I made yesterday the update of MIUI 10.2.2 but after that the icons of the apps are square on the desktop and a message "turn off miui optimization is enabled" can someone help me?

You're not using a Xiaomi.eu ROM. If you're using an official ROM, then ask for help in the official MIUI forums.

As for the "High-risk feature enabled" notification, you can disable that at the bottom of the Developer options.
You can alternatively enable "MIUI optimization" there, that will also hide the notification.
