1. Dark theme not working properly, apps added aren't being forced dark.
2. Theme I applied is unapplying itself in parts, very frustrating.
3. If you disable silent mode the notification sound is ALWAYS 50%, it should be the volume you left it before you enabled silent mode.

1. Pointless to declare here, it is a well know issue from Xiaomi, as explained in sticky thread about the confirmed issues

2. As far as I know, it is mostly a side effect of using the beta, themes are breaking because some apps are newer than they are designed for.
