I have the CW300 camera with home surveillance enabled. I also have subscription. It is sending me event notifications when it detects movements however i cant view it. If i go under surveillance and i click on an event to view it nothing happens. This worked in the past it suddenly stopped working like a week ago.
Anyone had a similar issue and got it fixed? What should I do to fix it?
