New Camera does not work correctly MIUI 11.1 9.10.17

Camera does not work correctly MIUI 11.1 9.10.17 on mimix2s, despite resetting the original camera app. After approx. 8 seconds the recording starts to jerk. No sound is recorded.

OK Google doesn't work.

Flash via TWRP (wipe dalvic, cache, system).

I think that's because you wiped system, I've seen it in an other post, wiping system messed up the camera, look it up, there was a file to flash to fix it, it might have been in the 9.9.26 discussion form
