Can't install one specific APK on Xiaomi Redmi 9 but not on others

I can't install one single APK on the phone I'm currently using (Redmi 9) but on other Redmi/Xiaomi phones it installs perfectly fine.
This hasn't happened to me ever before as it was groups of APK files which were either outdated or corrupted but this one is perfectly okay and isn't outdated at all??

And for clarification my MIUI version is: 13.0.1 and android version is: 12
