In Progress com.android.phone force close

I flash both MIUI V4 11.5 and 11.9 ROM for my MIONE plus.
When I switch language to Traditional chinese(繁體中文), and the com.android.phone force close.
But in the miui.com version both 11.5 and 11.9 are fine.
So could you fix this problem on next release? Thanks!

i think you need to decide.

Our roms are based on english with multi-language packs available.

It seems you would like to use MIUIAndroid roms but with chinese language, is this correct ?
