Continuous video recording is not working on cloud

I use iOS app with 360 home camera. At the end I can see only small peaces of videos in my cloud and usually it works not so good, some important moments are missed. So I need to have continuous video recording and be able to record all the time and see it in the history.
How can I activate continuous video recording?
I have plan 30 day rolling storage.
