I know about many other Galaxy S users running Galnet MIUI that successfully used the tool. You may check:
1- You have ADB driver for your device properly installed in your computer.
2- I know some kernels don't support debugging mode.

It won't find any of the tools... Have you extracted the whole content of the zip to your computer or just the autoModder.bat?
You need the the exact folders and contents structure for it to work!
I have discontinued this tool.
You can try Andy's "Extended Settings Menu Options" MOD, it will give you MUCH more options that you can do and undo in realtime. Check for his sticky thread.
