Does Xiaomi.eu ROMs have anti rollback?

Hello all,
I'm on the Redmi Note 5 global (whyred) with anti 4 and would like to know if the Xiaomi.eu ROMs have anti rollback enabled? I am sorry for any inconveniences from asking this. Thank you in advance!

I'm still struggling with the same question myself, ive read the FAQs on Xiaomi forums and XDA and it's still not crystal clear.

I understand i've got a "level 3" with that tester thing i tried a few weeks back

I suppose my main questions are:

1. Is there a way i can prevent ARB when updating Xiaomi.Eu versions?
2. The relationship between Beta and Global Eu builds.
3. Does ARB disappear once you've fully converted to Xiaomi EU roms? or is this just a general thing like "once you're on miui 10, that's it, you're ARB?
