EMail send to support via app. No response. How do I engage them?

I have an issue with my gateway and through the app on my mobile I have submitted a report.
Unfortunately I've heard nothing back.
Is there a way to better engage support.
There doesn't seem to be any pathway into them apart from through the app.
I've not received any automated response and I have checked my spam folder so I know there hasn't been a response.
Any ideas anybody?
