Fingerprint issue family Link

Hi. I know there is already a thread on this topic, but the problem was never addressed in it. I set up a Redmi Note 12 (TAPAS) for my daughter. Hyper OS (xiaomi.eu_TOPAZ_OS1.0.7.0.UMGMIXM) is installed.

No matter what I do, I cannot unlock the phone with my fingerprint using the ROM in conjunction with Family link. (see pictures) It works perfectly with the standard Xiaomi global ROM. If I remove the child account, it works too. I have tried every solution I could find, unfortunately without success. Does anyone here have an idea or solution? Please!

I don't really understand. Family link or parental controls (daughter's phone) is just an app. And the app is on the phone and works.

Just saying that it might have something to do with the fact the Family Link stub app is not included in our ROMs, thus doesn't receive the privileged permissions it requires to work like you expect it.

That's understandable. Do you perhaps have a way of integrating that into your ROM? In my family we all use your ROMs on our phones and it would be a shame if it wasn't possible for our daughter because I would like to avoid the Chinese constraint for her too.

Don't know. I'm not able to test it, and we don't include what we can't test.
