Enable DeveloperMode and ADB as shown

Extract and run MiUsbDriver.exe
Connect Pad to PC
Allow connection on Pad
Disconnect Pad
Start bypass.cmd in c:\php
Connect Pad
In developer options on pad click on Mi Unlock Status and Apply for unlock
If the command window of the script throws no errors->
Open MiFlash and sign in with same account as on Pad
Reboot Tab to Fastboot as explained
Unlock
It should stait you need to wait for 168 h
After 1 Week, start MiFlash again
Unlock should work now

It is not possible to have a global version device with a Chinese ROM and a locked bootloader. You do not have the Global version of Mi 11 Ultra but the Chinese version.

Why China Community ? Device is Global, only ROM is Chinese..

Yes, it is Global version. Was unlocked bootloader but was bricked after locked bootloader and write the last MIUI Global. After unbricked in EDL mode, was writed a wrong ROM and now I have to suffer

You bought a CN device with Global ROM and unlocked bootloader.
