It is the Chinese government which has restricted the unlocking of the bootloader for CN devices and not only for Xiaomi.

seems like some devices work with this.
Apparently it was only possible with chinese devices that came pre-installed with MIUI and had updates to HyperOS.
However Pad 6S Pro never had MIUI so this is interesting that it works.
sadly i dont know, if you have the device you could test it but i wouldnt recommend buying it when its not known to work

This device was released with HyperOS no free method will work if you have a CN version.
This only works with CN devices released with Miui having updated to hyperOS.
Not supported, devices that shipped with HyperOS (e.g. Xiaomi 14, Redmi K70, etc. series) will fail with code 30001.
