Go back from Xiaomi.eu to MIUI EEA

I Have a Mi 9T Pro, with installed the xiaomi.eu weekly ROM 20.1.9.
With
fastboot getvar anti
i get anti: 1

Is it safe so to go back to the stock rom i had before switching to the xiaomi.eu Weekly?

I'd use MiFlash tool to install it and the miui raphael_eea_global_images_V11.0.3.0.QFKEUXM_20191029.0000.00_10.0_eea_80e1c5de81

If you flash twrp recovery you can just format data and flash new rom, use mi flash to flash twrp image file for your device

On en.miui.com there's the fastboot ROM.
It is safer right?
I read twrp doesn't even check the anti rollback protection, so it could brick.
