read the topic and make use of tWRP.
Stop asking and spamming with fastboot rom request.

Nebrassy TWRP
This TWRP also includes xiaomi.eu ROM for Poco F3
Thank you for your super fast reply.
I'll keep following your tutorial for my PocoF3 ready to mount Xiaomi.EU rom!
I was thinking to update .twrp file you provided with a newer updated one...but there is not a Nebrassy TWRP update since 10th May!

If I install Magisk (so rooting it) after flashing this EU rom...how can I handle future xiaomi.EU ROM versions OTA updates will offer...without breaking my root status (or eventually updating ROM version and fixing root status as soon as possible)?

Can someone explain to me WHY after flashing this EU rom... My Poco F3 keep showing an eternal 64% battery left since days? No down no up even if under power.

HI everyone, I hope this hasn't been asked in this or other post.
Are this ROMs and instructions valid for Xiaomi Redmi K40 pro + ?
Thanks in advance!

Hi! Quick question, i tried to run de the twrp but its stuck in "Wait for TWRP to start, then you can disconnect the phone from the PC" But TWRP never booted.
Any ideas?

its says mi device is locked now, so i guess i need to unlocked in order to flash it
locked?
Seems to be a bad EDL sign?
try to boot TWRP .img via fastboot if you can enter it.
-fastboot boot "twrp.img" and wait some mn for boot to come.
If no return you might be EDL and full brick. This need external support in order to fix it.
Good luck

Why do you ask for this because it is inclusive when you install EU rom first time?
Easy and simple Process for first install:
-boot twrp from computer
-install rom
-format data
and profit with installed TWRP!

i did it.
but by your method, i don't have twrp.
so when ota pops up, i have to do all again.

and what if i did the prosses to my brother's phone. he will have the same version until i will operates on his phone?
twrp should be flashed.

and its possible by this YouTube guide. my question is if i can do it after having eu rom already installed
