I follow the whole procedure but it always sends me in fasttboot mode and I have to use me flash

I have some difficulties with installing the twrp and ROM too.
It worked one time but then the miui updater gave an error so I installed a fastboot ROM.
The second time i tried a twrp ROM IT gave a Russian error and I ended up in a fastboot loop.
In twrp I do format data but I get this russian error about /metadata
(See picture)
So I am also back on a fastboot ROM.
But when somebody has the answer i will try a twrp ROM again. I followed the list BTW.

I have changed the language in twrp from Russian to English. When I format Data it keeps saying it can't find the map /metadata.
I have chosen to change/repair file system to ext4 and back to the filesystem it was: F2FS
But the error about /metada was still there.
Unless that problem I have installed a recovery rom.
The rom is working, the only thing is it the miui Updater gives an error when you use the miui Updater, and download a newer rom.
(Checksum doesn't match)
So I installed the newer rom from twrp.
I hope there will be a newer stable twrp available, wich doesn't give the / metadata error.

I tried it again today, all the steps from first page.
and also again: recovery from recovery

In the miui Updater when I choose the update package (miui 11 zip file)I get this error about encription (second picture) In twrp there is no possibility to give a password.
But nevertheless the phone is working so I don't know if these 2 errors are important.

I am not sure what ROMis based on, but there is rom Xiaomi EU for Mi Note 10 Lite. it is possible to install it without TWRP.. Unlocked botloader is enough:
1. If you have unlocked bootloader, unpack te zipped ROM to the PC.
2. Reboot the phone to fastboot mode and plug in it to the PC..
3. Run clean installation, choosing "windows_fastboot_first_install_with_data_format" file from the unpacked folder.
4. Wait till the phone wil reboot itself.
Remmber to copy your data from the phone beore installation instead you will loos it...
It is MIUI 11 stable ROM.
