Have Mi5s Plus With Mi5s Rom Please Help

Hello,


I wanna unlock the device to be able to flash the mi5splus Rom.

2 ) I tried "Add account and device" also with vpn from china but it did not register the phone.

3 ) My xiaomi phone Account is allowed to unlock a phone.


Instead of unlocking it could also just changing the Rom.

Is it possible to change this inside a Romfile.zip
